It's simple, we believe NYSDOCCS violated your constitutional rights and members within the federal government will require rough data to investigate.
The data being collected remains anonymous. The data may be able to show trends to authorities where rights were violated, help authorities understand if threats of termination and or retaliation fell within violating your federal and or civil rights, etc.
No. The information being collected will allow the authorities to open an investigation, if warranted. If the authorities believe NYSDOCCS violated peoples rights, they will proceed forward against NY State and NYSDOCCS.
